Boyett Properties Acquired 186 acres adjacent to Miami international Airport in 1979 and master planned a corporate office park. Boyett Properties developed the first 500,000 SF of office buildings and brought in the Hilton Hotel before selling the entire project and remaining land to TIAA in 1989
Kingsbridge Subdivision

Boyett Properties master planned a 177 lot subdivision in the Five Forks area of Greenville, SC. After acquiring the property, Boyett Properties performed all of the horizontal development and sold all of the lots to some of the most prestigious custom home builders in the Upstate.
Forrester Industrial Park

Boyett Properties developed a 236,800 Square Foot Industrial Park in Mauldin, SC. The light manufacturing project was developed in three phases between 1994-1999. Forrester Park was home to several large companies including; Woodward, Gexpro, and Safelite Auto. The project was sold in 2017.
